1. Brief Introduction & Key Issues
   1. Provide a 1 page summary of the company
   2. Provide a brief (1-2 paragraphs) introduction of the firm and the most pressing issues from the current reporting.
   3. Identify 3-5 competitors and list how they are competing. 
2. Analysis: There are two parts to the analysis
   1. External analysis (i.e. PESTLE, Five Forces)
   2. Internal analysis (i.e. VRIO)
