   I. Company History: when did they started, who started the company, what did they do as a business?

   II.Current Operation: what does the company do, where did they make their money? You may include:

       > Significant Operational divisions and/or

       > Significant products and/or

       > Significant ownership stakes - who owns the company?

  III. Current Financial Stability: Are they making money or do they have a positive cash flow?

       > Current Ratio-Required- price earning, earning per share, and dividend yield with comparison to competitors and/or industry for each of these ratio.
