1. Write a function for each “need” in the proper format
These should be written as a narrative beginning with an external system input and ending with a result from the functions that operate on the input 

1. Write 5 additional use cases (beyond the one the team created) that illuminate different operational paths through your department. 

4. Draw a Functional Block Diagram (FBD) for these functions including the external system inputs/outputs for your department operating system
