COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS TERM PAPER

Select  one of the special populations discussed in chapter 12 (female  offenders, mentally ill, substance abusers, or sex offenders)-PICK ONE. What are  the special needs of this group and how can community corrections better  respond to these offenders?
