After reviewing all the material for this week, write a letter to yourself offering suggestions for improving your communication skills. Identify your communication strengths and give yourself specific instructions for improving your verbal, nonverbal and listening skills. Maybe even use hypotheticals or past experiences to illuminate the need or possible outcome. I will be looking for the following in the letter:

• A grasp of the multiplicity of channels and the dynamic nature of communication. 
• Specific examples of verbal, nonverbal and listening strengths that include course vocabulary/material as support
• Specific suggestions for improvement of verbal, nonverbal and listening skills that include course vocabulary/material as support
• Fluid writing and consistent formatting.
