1) Describe which two ways you can apply.  What impact will they have if you applied them better?

2) Create a SMART + goal for both of the items you mentioned above.  Create one SMART goal for each, for a total of two SMART goals.   Your SMART goals should be SMART + goals which include the challenging and positive framed portion of the goal
