communication and IT

What types of communication flows are evident in your workplace (or former workplace)? Is the workplace more consistent with a flat or horizontal organization? What type of organization would you prefer to work in and why?  Discuss information technology and how IT is used, with regard to  describe the three primary types of information systems.
