Discussion Activity

1.  Using the 8 phases of the loop model of problem-solving (found on page 200 in the text), analyze how a family makes a decision on an important issue.  Choose your family of origin if you like, but feel free to select another family you know well or a family in a movie, TV show, or novel.  

Be specific and give examples.  Base your response and reference the readings from the text or other sources.
