Instructions

You must complete two parts of your Module Posttest: Writing Posttest which will ask you to review and apply what you have learned in the module to scenarios and a Quiz Posttest -  The Quiz portion of the Posttest will NOT be available to you until you have successfully completed the Writing Posttest.

· Complete Writing Posttest -  Must pass Posttests with 80% or higher to successfully complete the course.  You will have 3 attempts at the Posttest.

· Complete Quiz Posttest -  Must pass Posttest with 80% or higher to successfully complete the course.  You will have 3 attempts at the Posttest.

View the following  tense situation between a knife-wielding suspect and the Miami-Dade Police Department. 

1. Identify what was done well with respect to communication.

2. Explain how you might have de-escalated the situation differently.

This assignment should be a minimum of 300 words written in APA format. A title page is not necessary. Remember to cite your sources.
