Content of paper: Topic Cyber Bullying 

Your job is to provide those who hired you with an informative document about a communication-related concept of your choice( cyber bullying). In your paper, you will be expected to identify, correctly define and then appropriately apply a communication theory or concept(s) to the issue brought to you by your client (you get to pick your topic; hypothetically, it's the one you have been asked to address).

Background for Assignment

You are part of a consultancy specializing in communication issues. You have been hired (e.g., a couple, a family, a school board or district or a private organization) hired your team to resolve an existing problem and suggest how communication or lack thereof can affect the workplace, the school, home life and/or relationships in general. Recent changes in the law, media coverage, popular culture and other public and private occurrences have made these folks aware of their need to become more knowledgeable about communication and the way that miscommunication or poor communication can negatively effect their social, personal and professional lives. 

In the paper: 

• Select a pervasive social issue or problem that you would like to help ameliorate or fix.( Cyber  Bulling) • Identify a target audience affected by the social issue identified above (who is helped?)• Explain why you selected the audience (why does your group care about these people?)• Define the communication or communication-related concept (limit so you can be thorough)• Explain how the audience benefits (what benefits do youanticipate for the audience?) • Identify how you will give your audience access to your suggestions (e.g., workshop, seminar, role-playing exercises, counseling, practicum, etc.)• Evaluation (explain how you will “measure” actual outcomes)• Revise (what are your next steps if your suggested fixes don’t work?)

Requirements: 200 word report

 Minimum of two (2) different academic and peer-reviewed sources, (excludes textbook)✓ Typewritten reference page with sources cited in APA 6th Ed. Format  ✓ Identification of your audience (who, why and how message was tailored to fit their needs)✓ All papers should have an introduction, (i.e., attention-getter, thesis statement, relevancy of the topic and preview), a bodyof the paper containing the main points and supporting evidence in paragraph form and a conclusion where the main points are reviewed and the entire paper concludes with a memorable closing thought.✓Databases for your research:  (https://lib.gccaz.edu/lmc).
