Mr. Jackson was an avid hunter and a member of the local gun club.  In his house  are all  sorts of firearms, which he uses to hunt.  One night he had a serious argument with his neighbor, in which he got angry, and went into his residence,  retrieved one of his firearms, and shot his neighbor.  His neighbor sustained serious injuries as a result of this incident.  This was his first offense with a firearm,  yet was convicted of Assault 1st with a firearm. He was sentenced to four years in prison.  While in prison he did what was expected, and completed several programs pertaining anger management.  He was released on parole, after serving a percentage.of this sentence.

Do you feel that Mr Jackson should  be allowed to have all of his firearms back?  If so, when?  If not, why not?  What firearm restrictions would you place on him?
