 Great Post. Before I started this program, I felt it was   equivalent nursing for the nurses with ADN and BSN. I do not feel this   any longer because I realize that the educational curriculum I have   endured in this program has increased my knowledge base for the   evidence-based practices to improve patient care and safety. I love   that you mentioned the study published by the American Association of   Colleges of Nursing in 2014 revealed that there is a more than 12%   increase in the number of the student enrolling into the RN to BSN   program from 2013 - 2014: this proves that Nurses agree that patient   care is primarily important for us. I love my profession, and I love   that we are concerned for our patients.  Again Great Post.
