I agree with you that the role of a clinical nurse leader is to find   ways to improve the quality of care rendered to patients. This is in   accordance with the result of a study carried out by Sotomayor and   Rankin in 2017, they noted that the CNL contributed to the reduction   in the incidence of falls, catheter-associated urinary tract   infection, central line-associated blood stream infection,   hospital-acquired pressure ulcers patient care. This is a great   achievement on the part of the CNL, which will also result in cost   reduction in patient care and management.
