1. What is the problem?  (Example: a family needs a home)
2. Establish the criteria (Explain the specific criteria the family sets for a desirable home)
3. determining the options (the real-estate agent shows three homes)
4. analysis of options,
5. conclusions, and  
6. recommendations. 

 Elaborate and explain each area.  Like a recommendation report, House Hunters requires participants to define the criteria for a successful solution to their problem (needing a home) first. Then they compare available solutions against the criteria.
