Comm paper

Listening involves receiving, attending to, understanding, responding to, and recalling sounds and visual images. This week you will submit a paper in which you:

• Describe the 5-step listening process, providing an example of each step.
• Address which of the five steps you think people struggle with the most and explain why.
• Suggest how one might improve in that area.

Provide specific examples and evidence to support your answers.

Your paper should be 1-2 pages in length, cite at least one reference, and be written in current APA Style.
