Come up a business to business idea that is not in the market.

I need to create a project for an entrepreneurship class. The project consists of making a business that I can offer to other business (restaurants, hospitals, supermarkets, etc)  but the idea needs to be unique and not in the market. If your imagination flies just help me out with an idea and its really UNIQUE AND NOT IN THE MARKET. If not my professor will not accept it.
