Effects Of Pollution Caused By Companies As A Global Challenge.
Topic Pollution causing health problems and diseases and natural resources.
Pollution Is a contamination of natural resources and various pollutants. Majority of pollution is caused by humans.
. Types of Pollution
● Soil Pollution caused by waste from industrial fuels, oils, chemicals and heavy metals
● Noise pollution caused by commerce and industries causing effects to humans and habitants in surrounding areas.
● Habitat Destruction building of oil fields, building roads ,building houses, building pipelines effects habitat migratory.
● Oil spills occurs when crude oil from tankers, drilling wells, and offshore platforms cause effects to natural habitants, water and humans.
Effects of Pollution Humans causing 71 percent of green house emissions which is carbon dioxide, methane, nitro oxide, synthetic chemicals and oil spills.
Effects of pollution to natural habitants.
● .Bird effects and other animals due to toxic pollutants. ● .heavy metals slows down photosynthesis causing animals to be
vulnerable to pests and diseases. ● . Particulate pollutants slows the sunlights reaching the surface
effecting production of crops and corn fields. ● Nitrogen compounds like ammonia and nitrogen oxide deposited into
sensitive sites causes polluted air. ● .Ammonia contributed by nitrogen deposition caused by agriculture
activities.
Effects of health problems caused by pollution.
● Respiratory disease pollution causing aggravated asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
● Heart disease pollution increasing the risk of ischemic heart disease and stroke. ● Lung cancer pollution increasing risk of lung cancer. ● Neurological disorder pollution may neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric
disorder, ● Diabetes pollution can cause type 2 diabetes. ● Pregnancy complications pollution can cause birth outcome such as low birth
weight, preterm birth and gestational birth age.
Government mandate on companies on process of dumping waste materiels. Clean Air act(CAA) EPA 404 of 1968 and EPA Act of 1960 (NEPA) is the environmental protection Agency comprehensive federal law. Comprehensive federal law regulates air emissions from stationary and mobil sources by companies.
Participation of citizens in reducing pollution
● 1.Citizens can vote for EPA Act of 1968 and 1960 for governors and major to put the law into effect.
● Neighbors and citizens can sign signatures and come together to city counsel meetings. ● Recycle used plastic. ● Minimize plastic use ● Carpool whenever possible for transport. ● Properly disposing of trash ● Using bicycles ● Using public transportation. ● Maintaining vehicle maintenance. ● Using energy efficiency appliances. ● Turning off lights when not in use. ● Responsible water usage.
Conclution. Pollution still causing a significant threat to our environment ,health, soil, water and society as whole individuals, community and government needs to take proactive measures and monitoring companies to ensure a healthier plane and for future generations to come .

Effects Of Pollution Caused By Companies As A Global Challenge. Introduction Imagine breathing toxic chemicals spilled by factories, this is the reality we are failing to
address the threat of corporate pollution to our environment
Central Idea Statement. Manufacturing companies significantly contribute to air, and water pollution leading to severe environmental and health impacts, particulary health regions (et.al Chris Miller.) Transition Statement. The industrial emissions have significantly increased, Furthermore the lack of waste management exabrates the pollution problems (et.al chris Miller)
Main Point 1 Effects of pollution on natural environmental resources. Pollution Is a contamination of natural resources and various pollutants.
Majority of pollution is caused by humans..(.et.al Eric E.Watcher EPA.Gov)
. Types of PollutionHumans cause 71 percent of greenhouse emissions: carbon dioxide, methane, nitro oxide, synthetic chemicals, and oil spills.(.et.al Eric E.Watcher EPA.Gov)
● Soil Pollution is caused by waste from industrial fuels, oils, chemicals, and heavy metals
● Noise pollution caused by commerce and industries causing effects to humans and habitats in surrounding areas.
● Habitat Destruction building of oil fields, roads, houses, and pipelines affects habitat migration.
● Oil spills occur when crude oil from tankers, drilling wells, and offshore platforms cause effects on natural habitats, water, and humans. (.et.al Eric E.Watcher EPA.Gov)
Main point 2
Effects of pollution on natural habitats.
● .Bird effects and other animals due to toxic pollutants. ● .heavy metals slow down photosynthesis causing animals to be
vulnerable to pests and diseases. ● . Particulate pollutants slow the sunlight reaching the surface affecting
the production of crops and corn fields. ● Nitrogen compounds like ammonia and nitrogen oxide deposited into
sensitive sites cause polluted air. ● .Ammonia contributed by nitrogen deposition caused by agriculture
activities..(.et.al Eric E.Watcher EPA.Gov) ●
Main point 3 Effects of health problems caused by pollution. Pollution causes health problems and diseases and natural resources.
● Respiratory disease pollution causes aggravated asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
● Heart disease pollution increases the risk of ischemic heart disease and stroke. ● Lung cancer pollution increases the risk of lung cancer. ● Neurological disorder pollution may neuro-developmental and
neuropsychiatric disorders, ● Diabetes pollution can cause type 2 diabetes. ● Pregnancy complications pollution can cause birth outcomes such as low birth

Solution measure to prevent polution What companies can do to prevent poluution Dumping wate in descignated are Recycling materials Adopting clean air technology Substituting toxic material products Inventory control Investing in technologies that reduce emissions and clean air Using modern energy efficiency materials Collaborating with communities on environmental safety(.et.al Eric E. Watcher Epa.Gov)
Participation of citizens in reducing pollution
● 1. Citizens can vote for the EPA Act of 1968 and 1960 for governors and majors to put the law into effect.

Conclusion. Topic Rodmap. Companies still plays significant role in causing pollution affecting
soil,water,health and natural habitat.
Government and consumer needs to hold companies accountable and give strict measure’s for causing environmental impact.
Citizens can help by taking personal meaure’s to prevent polution.
Something to think about.
Companies Preventing pollution can enhance campanies reputation , profitability and trust from government helping the earth have clean environment.
