Research Paper (150 Points) - 

In order for you to complete this assignment successfully you must do the following: 

Select and research a significant event that received widespread media coverage from our recent history (2001 - Present) 

Examine, present, and analyze the coverage of the significant event by at least 3 forms of media (Online, print, television, radio...)

Summarize and "rank" the forms of coverage based on their overall effectiveness in covering the story, ease of access for people, ethics, clarity, and any of other means of comparison that seems appropriate to you.

Additional details: 

Reference/cite a minimum of 3 primary sources as well as a minimum of 3 secondary sources

Include an introduction (the event), body (minimum 3 forms of coverage), and conclusion (summary, ranking, etc.)

Submit a minimum of 8 double-spaced pages (cover page, 6 pages minimum of content, works cited page)

Submit a .docx or .PDF format file (No ZIP files or Mac Pages files)
