Answer below two questions:

1) Digital Forensics Tools & Tchq : Describe the plain view doctrine, and why it has such a significant impact on digital forensics? What are three approaches to determining whether the doctrine applies to a specific case. Use your own words and do not copy  . Write at least 300 words. 

2) Cloud computing/cloud security: Discuss in 500 words, why institutions might be reluctant to move their IT to the cloud. Consider specific industries like education, medicine, military, etc. 

Compare and evaluate in 500 words or more qualitative v quantitative risk assessment.
