In this course, you will begin building a Key Assignment (Strategic Plan) for your selected company to begin utilizing cloud computing. The Key Assignment project deliverables will consist of the following: 3 pages each part. 

• Benefits and risks of cloud computing (part I) 

• Address the following in 3pages:
  • Define and explain in detail the following cloud services:
    • IaaS
    • PaaS
    • SaaS
  • What do the above services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) provide?
  • How do the services, or how could the services, benefit your company? Provide 3 examples.
  • What significant challenges exist regarding the use of these services? Provide 2 examples.
    • How can these challenges be overcome by an organization? Provide 2 examples.
• Be sure to reference all sources using APA style.

• Current strategies for securing cloud computing services (Part II)

• Address the following in 3pages:
  • What are 2–3 of the most effective access controls and techniques?
    • What do you recommend to help secure the cloud for your chosen company?
  • What are the best methods for securing data at rest (DAR) and data in motion (DIM)?
    • Be sure to cover what is recommended, and be sure to give your recommendations and why you are making those recommendations.
• Reference all sources using APA style.

• Cloud computing policy development (Part III)

• Write an additional 3 pages, adding another section to the Key Assignment, that addresses gaps in cloud security.
• As part of this, include a 1-page sample policy that you would propose being implemented at your chosen company. Also, include recommendations for performing a risk assessment that could help identify the security gaps in cloud computing

• Business impact analysis (Part IV)

• Address the following:
  • Explain in detail the development of BIA for an organization considering cloud computing services.
  • Describe and discuss the methods and techniques to secure data at rest (DAR) and data in motion (DIM).
    • What challenges exist, and how can they be overcome? Explain.
• Include a properly updated title page, table of contents, and document name.
• You must include a minimum of 3 scholarly references per section.

• Cloud computing frameworks, laws, and regulations (Part V)

• Principles and practice:
• Analyze the impact of 2 laws and regulations on organizations considering the use of cloud computing services (this is a new section this week).
• Analyze 2 frameworks that can assist organizations in meeting regulatory compliance in the cloud (this is a new section for this phase).
• Include a properly updated title page, table of contents, and document name.
• Use a minimum of 3 scholarly references per section
