Close-Out Presentation/ Final Preceptor Meeting Slides
Now that we are nearing the end of the course, it is not time to present your DNP Project and Practicum to your faculty member. This is your opportunity to share your project and update your stakeholders. This presentation must occur before the final week of the course. Presentations should be scheduled between Weeks 8–10.

To prepare:
· Discuss dates for the close-out presentation with your Faculty Member and preceptor
· Download the close out presentation slide template
· Prepare an agenda to include the following items:
· Purpose of the meeting
· Introduction of all attendees
· Overview of the project (slide presentation)
· Value/impact of the project
· Lessons learned
· Feedback from stakeholders
· Next steps

After determining a date for the presentation, the Faculty Member can schedule the meeting on TEAMS using the conference call online application. The meeting will be recorded.
