Your summary should include:

• It’s work and how that contributes to the health of the community

• The characteristics of the clients served

• The role or potential role for nurses within the agency

• Your experiences

Make sure you date every journal entry with corresponding clinical Week. For instance: Clinical Week 1 (Mar 12, 2018) follow by your entry of at least 100 words.
