1. Explain in what ways Russia is poised to benefit from the effects of climate change in proximity to the Arctic. 
2. Explain in your own opinion, if the promise of economic prosperity is worth further sacrificing the wellbeing of the earth.  (Hint: Seems like a straight forward answer, but consider various possibilities; increased food security, more efficient trade, emergence of economies of nearby nations.  All of such appears to be temporary feats that still points to an inevitable breakdown of earth's sustainability, or does it?)
3. Also, explain how some components to Russia's landscape and Climate is unraveling due to Climate Change and development as melting permafrost is unsettling the landscape foundation throughout Russia's Siberia region and beyond.
