Classroom Management Policy

Design two one-page letters to families explaining the classroom management policy in your early childhood classroom. One letter will address families with children in the Birth to Pre-K setting and one letter will address families with children in K to Grade 3. Include in each classroom management policy letter the following:

1. Explain how positive reinforcement will be used to teach young children expected behaviors.
2. Explain how consequences will be used to deter young children from unwanted behaviors.
3. Describe consideration of young children with and without exceptionalities.
4. Explain how information about behavior will be communicated to families.
