CLASS: ART || SUBJECT: green architecture

 DEFINITION:  Green architecture, or green design, is an approach to building that minimizes harmful effects on human health and the environment. The "green" architect or designer attempts to safeguard air, water, and earth by choosing eco-friendly building materials and construction practices. 

1. Find an example of green architecture by doing an internet search.
2. Find an example that interests you.
3. Write 2 paragraphs. In the first paragraph describe the building's green qualities. In the second paragraph describe one green practice that you would like to see Dyersburg State COLLEGE incorporate into the next building project.
