Background:

As we have discussed, quality public health practice depends on effective teamwork, and civility is a critical component of effective team relationships. In Module 2 you assessed your own habits and attitudes related to civility. In this module you will focus on how your team is functioning. You will also work with your team to co-create a plan to enhance the civility of your team for the remainder of the term.

Instructions:

Download and print the Clark Civility Index for Students and Classmates, Page 2. Complete the index focusing on how your team has been functioning so far this semester. Total the score on your team assessment. Be sure to respond thoughtfully to the reflection questions at the end of the index. Scan or take  a photo of your results and submit them via the upload link. You will follow up on your assessment by discussing your results with your team on the discussion board.
