· Find one current computer related case from a site such as: www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cybercrime or the Computer Crime Research Center.

Submit a 2-page APA formatted paper describing:

1. What happened

2. How the criminal(s) were apprehended

3. What type of sentence was given

4. Any monetary restitution ordered

5. How this crime differs from a case that was merely theft and did not involve a computer

The assignment should include the following:

· An in-depth submission that should be free of spelling and grammar errors in APA format.

· An essay containing a minimum of 300-400 words documenting your research on the subject.

· You will be assessed on the rationale you use in addressing the questions/issue posted, and how well you justify your argument regarding this issue.

· Your response must be thought provoking, have well developed ideas and/or opinions, and should reference any supporting material from the text, lecture or other sources you have used to complete the assignment.
