   Create a 1-2 slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation using the completed Needs Assessment Matrix from Week Four. The presentation must be designed as a proposal to the city of Kelsey and must include the following elements:
   
   • Social networking application recommendations. 
   • Stakeholder needs and demands. 

• Attached is my completed "Needs Assessment Matrix" from week 4. Please go off this to complete the two slides. Needing notes at the bottom of both slides and with 1 reference. Thank you for your help! I need this by Sunday afternoon, please.
