The GG Freightways (GGFRT) CIO Organization Memo Assignment is due at the end of this week.  The assignment instructions are attached.

The Case Study is posted under Course Resources > Case Study.  Use the Case Study as the background to develop your assignment.  Also review feedback from the Parts 1 & 2 assignments to incorporate into this assignment. * This Assignment will be turn in to Turnitin.com so keep percentage under 20%*

Feedback:

Part 1:  IT Strategic Plan Part 1 Rubric feedback: BSOs are vague. IT mission and IT vision are way off. Need to revisit definitions and examples of IT vision and IT mission. President is usually not on IT governance board, on the overall governance board, but not likely on IT gov board.  Also, interesting choice for your IT governance methodology via NIST; had not seen that before.  IT inventory not complete with respect to resources. 

Part 2:  Very poor effort. You were also supposed to attached revised Part 1 with this assignment submission. IT strategy and portfolio are not well addressed. Incomplete risks and very poorly written. Asked specifically for the steps in the BCP. Formatting is very poor. If you can fix part 2 that will be great.
