What are the main principles  that guided Francis of Assisi throughout his life (identify and analyze at least two if not three key principles)? Why are these principles important?  Use the text and/or the movie of Francis' life to support your answer.  This should be the main focus of this paper.  

As a follow-up, how does Francis relate to today’s environmental movement? Do you see any similarity between Francis and Native American beliefs on nature? (see attachment)  Elaborate.
