Choosing Flexible Work Options from the HR Perspective

Compare and contrast the seven options of flexible work arrangements from the book; one more is added and that is of contract work (both short and long-term). Identify which you feel are more beneficial and in what way, both from an employee and organization viewpoint. Use an example to illustrate your response.
