Review the guided reading video of a Kindergarten classroom. Summarize some of the strategies this teacher used in this video. Review the Components of a Guided Reading Lesson on page 407 and reflect on whether this teacher used the strategies recommended in her lesson. Then reflect on how you could teach preschoolers during read-alouds and guided reading sessions to prepare them for kindergarten. Page 407 is attached to this question, reference (Johnson, D. (2012).
