Child Sex Offender Registries

 Sex offender registries are found in each of the 50 states. In some states, registries also exist for juvenile offenders. Read the article entitled https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2016/03/14/when-kids-are-accused-of-sex-crimes  Then, write a reaction paper to the article. Do you feel that children should be placed on the registry? If so, under what conditions? If not, why do you feel it is unnecessary? Consider the various treatments that were described as well as the punishments for violating the registry requirements.
