In your primary task response, you will focus on the dynamics of being part of a group.  (Please refer to page 410 in your e-book for the definition of a real group). Reflect back on a time when you were part of a group at your workplace.  Address the following questions: How would you define your group at work?  Do you think group members in your group had influence over other members?  Why or why not?  Was there a hierarchy in your group?  If so, please describe it and explain how it formed and was sustained.   Discuss at least two possible negative effects of groups in the workplace.
