Character letter (600 Words)

Hi, I need to write a letter of character for my ex-roommate. This letter will be going to the Governor of Arkansas and the parole board. I know my roommate was convicted of a violent crime, terroristic threatening. We talked at lengths about this. I have been is a roommate for two years. I have never seen an outburst of anger from Paul. Paul was promoted to the security department. In my opinion, I don't see Paul as a threat to anyone.

The information I included is what I want in letter
