Character Letter

Provide character reference letter addressed to Transportation Security Administration for a close friend Frank Wright for 20 plus years since middle school.  Frank has been an asset to me in the long years of friendship, also to the community and any organization. I've watched with admirably as Frank pursued a career for the past 7 years as Merchant Mariner. Frank has worked hard to overcome obstacles in life, is a man of integrity whose dependable, honest, responsible, and courteous. This friend has faced challenges in his life but has remained positive and resilient. This friend has made some missteps, but I feel should be given the opportunity to regain eligibility to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
