Explain the difference between reasonable suspicion and probable cause.  What is the exclusionary rule?  What are situations in which officers can make a felony arrest without a warrant?  List and explain four major Constitutional amendments that relate to the treatment of criminal suspects.  Discuss and explain consent searches.  Explain what a confession is and what is considered by case law to be a coerced confession.
