1. Choose a conflict situation in one of the components of the criminal justice system and describe its various stages. Identify the stage at which you think the conflict could be managed, and  what is the supervisor’s role in the management process. Moreover, are there conflict situations beyond the control of the immediate supervisor? If so, mention a few, and discuss why they cannot be dealt with effectively by management personnel in that component of the criminal justice system.
