Newly acquired, reliable MASINT has indicated that Perelandra is likely enriching uranium at a level that suggests their capability to construct nuclear weapons. Narnia has publicly stated that if it receives evidence suggesting that Perelandra is building nuclear weapons, it will launch an attack.
