Timothy Chan is a second year university student in the Department of Business Studies at University Malaya. Along with other students in the department, he is going to spend a day with A levels students and, introduce them to the opportunities of furthering their studies in University. One of his task is to lead a class discussion on the question “How is the world of work changing today?” Help Timothy out by creating an outline of the major points he should discuss with the students.
