AN EXAMPLE...
One of the most important parts of leading a successful change initiative is having everyone receptive to the idea and ready to get involved and see it succeed. If the stage has been set right, the employees will be ready on a cognitive level to let go of the bad habits and believes and see the seriousness of the situation they are facing. On an emotional level, if the stage was set right, the employees will believe in the company and its values. Employees that have this cognitive and emotional level of acceptance are ready to do what is needed of them to assist in the success of the organization.
