Change Management Plan

This is a Three Part Project, with later adding 3 more parts.  Should you accept this project, I will add the three additional parts for you to complete at a later time.  

The following is the requirements, and will be needed as THREE separate files.  Parts One and two need only be 1 page each.  Part 3 should be 2-3 pages.  The instructions are detailed in the attachment.
