1)  Choose two specific types of changes you would like to see happen in groups or organizations with which you are familiar. Imagine that you were to try to bring about these changes. What sources of resistance should you anticipate? How would you manage the resistance? What change leadership theories would be most helpful and why? 

2)  Do some basic research on security certifications.
