The following information should be completed in the interview with a volunteer regarding a life Challenge and Resilience built with the challenge experience. Choose a person in a life span stage that you consider your primary stage of choice to work with, such as elementary student, adolescent, senior adult, etc.  This can represent the age of people that you currently work with or whom you would like to work with in the future. The life challenge may be something like a disability, a chronic illness, a family situation, going through a natural disaster or other crisis, impact of Covid-19, or a crisis in school or work.
