 Based on your results, research the organizations of the Example Leaders listed in the Self-Assessment results.  Closely examine images in the selected company's website in terms of how women, visible minorities, people with disabilities, aboriginal peoples, and older employees and clients are portrayed. 

1. What is the percentage of images showing one of the types of people mentioned above?  What is the size and placement of these images?
2. What are the roles in which one of the types of people mentioned above at portrayed in?  For example, are women shown more in traditional or nontraditional occupations and roles on these websites?
3. What are the best examples of diversity on display, as well as the stereotypic images from websites?
4. What connection, if any, is there between the type of leader and the amount of diversity found in the organization?
