Scenario:

You and your colleagues have been invited to a health fair at a local high school. The

principle has asked for a presentation on preventing head and spinal trauma. Think

specifically of this age range and the risk factors that they experience such as distracted

driving. You and your colleagues have a unique opportunity to share with students how

to prevent injury, paralysis, or even death by implementing safety measures.

Instructions:

Create an infographic to present the following information:

Clear identification of a specific risk factor and list neurological injuries that may occur

Explain why this audience (high school age students) are at a particular risk Explain how this risk factor contributes to head and neck injuries Describe how to prevent injury through safety measures
