Each team should review the guiding principles that are the foundation of a professional S.W.O.T. analysis. This exercise should provide a fine insight into the nuances and mechanics of this valuable management tool. The material can be found in the textbook, the internet, or other reference areas at the BU Library.

You will prepare and compose a S.W.O.T analysis for your project in Week 4.
