After reviewing the assigned case, prepare responses to the following questions:

1) What is MWL's service concept, and what is your evaluation of it?

2) What is your assessment of MWL's current position?  Which are the most important issues?  Whichare most urgent?

3) As Brianna Murphy, what would  you do about the issues facing MWL?  Lay out a plan of action for how you intentd to spend your next few months.

In your response to these questions, be as thorough as possible.  In case analysis, you always want to support your answers with a cited source.  In addition, utilize material from the chapter readings in your response.
