Case Study Report

Susan Page shares a case study (BB&Z)  of the Power of Business Process Improvement book (required).

For this assignment, you will study the case study and report on your findings. Specifically:

• What did you think about the project?
• What did you learn?
• What would you have done differently?
• What are your biggest takeaways that you would like to implement at work or future jobs?
• Etc.

The report should be submitted in MS Word and should be around 3 – 5 pages double-spaced.
