Case study (ethic)

Watch the Enron documentary and write a 500 (minimum) word essay which includes the following:

1. Your opinion regarding the behavior of the leadership.
2. Do you believe the leadership started out to be unethical? Explain your answer.
3. What lead to the unethical environment or toxic culture within the Enron Corporation and what allowed it to endure for so long?
4. Who did Enron’s actions/behavior harm and what impact did their behavior have on the business world (you may have to do some research to answer this question)?
5. What main factors would you use from the Enron Documentary to advise other companies regarding their behavior?
6. As an HR manager, what training/programs would you provide/implement within your organization to avoid the same outcomes that Enron experienced?
